Roles and Responsibilities:
. Must have minimum 3-5 years of experience in mechanical drafting and designing of heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns, storage tanks & reactors.
. Preparation of drawings of Heat exchanger, vessels from provide Design output of Compress & PvElite.
. Provide detailed dimensions, nozzle schedule, ASME welding details, general notes, weld plan and write additional instructions & comments and position them into technical drawings to help complete the project.
. Tool: AutoCAD (Inventor or Solid Works is an added advantage)
· Should have thorough knowledge of ASME requirements, Indian & international codes & standards for design and manufacturing.
· General Arrangement, Detailed engineering and checking of fabrication drawing.
· Should be able to prepare detail drawings of each component along with upgradation of BOM.
· Should know the weight calculation of each component, material wise.
· Should have good knowledge of geometry.
· Should be able to prepare AS BUILT drawings.
Desired Candidate Profile:
. Should be able to communicate with Clients (Orally & Email) in regard to correction and technical discussion
. Maintain, enhance, and apply both design and technical knowledge ensuring production of high-quality drawing.
. Participate in design progress and coordination meeting.
. Keep good track of documentation for projects
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
