Qualifications
- At least HS/SHS graduate
- BPO/call center experience is NOT required but an ADVANTAGE
- Good phone etiquette and good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Good computer navigation skills on multiple systems
- Must have a typing speed of 25 to 30 WPM
- Above average communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid government ID
- Must be fully vaccinated with vaccination card
- Must be amenable to work onsite in DAVAO
