As Client Program Director (CPD), you are an essential element of the global key account management team, delivering successful customer experience, creating values in customer's supply chain and retaining and growing business around the globe.

Key Responsibilities:
1: Strategy
- Detailed understanding of the customer’s supply chain strategy and needs.
- Develop a joint strategic roadmap with the customer and the KCD
- Design IT roadmap and strategy.
- Create contingency / resilience plan.
- Identify efficiency and optimisation initiatives to increase profitability /reduce cost to serve.
- Digital transformation / new system implementation.
- Create a Maersk community around the account and create awareness of the customer.
2: Selling
- Uncover customer pain points / supply chain challenges and define initiatives to address/eliminate same.
3: Delivering
- Monitor service delivery performance globally
- Own customer operational escalations.
- Design customer scorecard & KPIs
- Engage with 3rd Party / Non-Maersk partners (customer suppliers, partners, service providers and vendors)
- Ensure foundation in place to deliver (eg. SOPs / Origin Workshops etc.)
- Ensuring new/additional buisness is implemented (incl EDI etc.)
- Ensure that relevant financial measures are effectively managed and act as an escalation point in case
- Ensure access to correct, rates, information and contacts on all third party (non-Maersk) supplier and partners.
- Manage gain sharing agreement.
We are looking for:
- 15+ years proven track record of global key account management, E2E supply chain optimization, implementation of complex solutions and managing transformation
- 10+ years solid experience of managing teams
- 8+ years experiences of developing long term strategy and plan of the account and own organization
- Painting a compelling picture of the vision and strategy that motivates others to act and follow
- Being an effective communicator and influence various levels of stakeholders in multi culture and diversified environments
- Cultivating partnership by creating value and linking customer needs with leading industry trends and the company’s products
- Driving results and achieving beyond through others in and outside of own reporting line
- Keeping composure and resilient during crisis and mitigate risks with alternative solutions
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business, Logistics or Supply Chain Management
