JOB DESCRIPTION
- Carries out administrative duties such as filing, organizing, typing, copying, binding, scanning.
- Handling office tasks, such as filing suppliers documents, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.
- Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.
- Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.
- Greet and assist visitors.
- Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
- Anticipate the needs of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.
Requirements and skills
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistantor Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Working knowledge of office equipments
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
