We are looking for a passionate, versatile, and experienced DevOps engineer to join our IT DevOps team.
As a DevOps engineer, you will have the opportunity to design, develop and maintain an E2E CI/CD system from ground up. You will be working on branch strategy, build processes, monitoring and log analyzing, deployment, testing, upgrades, rollout to production and much more.
Our ideal candidates are highly motivated individuals with strong technical skills and a solid background and understanding in DevOps methodologies, technologies and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, upgrade, and maintain high performance - high utilization DevOps infrastructure
- Design and build robust CICD infrastructure - network, compute, and storage and processes – using K8S, bare metal, OpenStack, VMware, Netapp, cisco, ansible, Jenkins artifactory and more
- Utilize monitoring and log-analyzing tools and create valuable dashboards for builds, bugs, versions, coverage, utilization etc...
- Design deployment, scaling, healing, and upgrade solutions for all systems – K8S, AWS
- Integrate various systems for “easy to use, CICD, everything as a service“ solution
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience working with Linux based containers and container orchestration technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, rancher etc…
- Experience with IaC tools – Terraform, Pulumi, heat\cloudformation, Helm etc.
- Coding experience in one or more of: Python, Bash, Groovy, java, GO and similar.
- Vast Experience with AWS, GCP, AZURE (AWS preferred)
- Vast experience with K8S, debug, installation, upgrade, and operation
- Experience with various virtualization technologies - VMware 7+, openstack, proxmox
- Experience with REPOs and registries - GIT, Artifactory, docker registry etc.
- Experience working with automated configuration management tools (Salt, Puppet, Ansible, packer).
Advantages:
Experience with Storage technologies – netapp, vsan, Nutanix etc.- Coding capabilities (C++, Rust, Python)
- Experience with large on-premises production deployments of openstack, K8S
- Experience with monitoring and log analyzing tools (ELK, Grafana, Prometheus etc…)
- Good understanding of complex network solutions.
- Experience working within a data center environment – on premises.
- Experience working in Dark sites – without internet connection
