A well-known International Engineering company is looking Team Leader in Power Supply & TPS to support their Operations and Maintenance Contract in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Duties & Responsibilities:
To Supervise and organize the POS and PSD team in order to meet and achieve contractual performance of Reliability, Availability and Safety and other KPI.
Knowledge
Education:
Minimum Diploma or Bachelors' Degree in Electrical Engineering or equiva-lent.

Duties & Responsibilities:
To Supervise and organize the POS and PSD team in order to meet and achieve contractual performance of Reliability, Availability and Safety and other KPI.
- Participate to all POS & PSD equipment internal and contractual training to then become trainer of POS & PSD team staff.
- Maintain adequate level of the team knowledge.
- Cary out due diligence within and during POS & PSD in agreement with management.
- Participate in ERP configuration necessary to perform Maintenance activity.
- To supervise the safety at work through respect of method statement, strict application of Permit to Work in order to grant safe access to track, TPS/LPS buildings.
- Ensure of the continuity of the power supply by means of application of all maintenance in time so to avoid any disruption of service related to POS & PSD.
- Ensure critical issues are identified proactively / professionally addressed and followed up.
- Follow up reporting and configuration change rules & process by using the proper tool.
- Ensure the execution of quality & delivery performance meets business objectives and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure work is performed in a safe and effective manner in accordance with the Health & Safety at Work Act (1974), Rules and Regulations, AZDP, Railway Group Standards, TOC Safety Case and FLOW Policies and Procedures & Code of Ethics.
- EHS: Accountable for the proper implementation of the FLOW policy and Customer requirements by all stakeholders (internal & external) including suppliers and contractors
- Use and promote Close Call Reporting.
- Safety Critical Responsibilities
- Communicating with OCC Staff
- Communicating with electrical control operators.
- Communicating with persons responsible for a Track Possession, Worksite or movements of rail vehicles within a Possession
- Safety critical communications by others
- Protecting a rail vehicle stopped by an accident, failure, obstruction or other exceptional incident.
- Controlling the movement of a rail vehicle.
- Working as a Pilotman during single line working or emergencies.
- Checking that goods are properly and safely loaded
- Safety Critical Responsibilities
- Communicating with OCC Staff
- Communicating with electrical control operators.
- Communicating with persons responsible for a Track Possession, Worksite or movements of rail vehicles within a Possession
- Safety critical communications by others

- Maintaining track, components or structures supporting the permanent way
- Installing and commissioning new infrastructure
- Inspecting track
- Checking the settings and calibrations on an OTM prior to use on the running line.
- Operating an OTM that alters the track profile
- Operating a vehicle on the permanent way to carry out maintenance on the permanent way or supporting structures, including the use of rail, road/rail, road wheeled or tracked vehicles.
- Protecting people working on or near the track
- Protecting people in possessions..
Knowledge
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelors' Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Very good knowledge of railway Power Distribution systems
- Skills
- Perform troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of all Power Supplies and TPS equipment
- Perfect Knowledge of the Traction and auxiliary energy distribution, upstream and downstream power distribution installation
- Sense of urgency to maintain or restore service
- Problem solving and analytical thinking, capable of taking decision on the spot
- Planning and organizational skill to meet planned objectives
- Conflict management and interpersonal skills
- Team spirit approach and good communication skills
- Anticipation and clear reporting
- This role works on a shift basis covering 24/7 operations
- A Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Previous metro system maintenance experience.
Education:
