The Role
This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career with the experience of working with a Global technology company, based in our Poland. The role can be base remotely or hybrid.
The core hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm, working 40 hours per week. For the last week of each quarter, it may require later start/finish to overlap with NA team.
As Senior Finance Analyst you will be responsible for business partnering with various business owners in NA with respect to FCF. You will provide insight and challenges to support in the development, agreement, and delivery of the function’s KPIs. You will also serve as the liaison between accounting and the supported area and build relationships with the key stakeholders.
The Main Responsibilities
- Own FCF actuals compilation from multiple data sources (collections, payments, etc).
- Collaborate with accounting to understand Direct and Indirect FCF results.
- Assist in the analysis of month end results and provide insightful commentary.
- Support quarter end forecasting process with updates to short term forecast driven by insights from daily data.
- Leverage and support development of systems in order to achieve maximum benefit in reporting, analysis, and forecasting.
- Support with requests from corporate and leadership team.
- Create clear and accurate reporting and presentation material to communicate to leadership team.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts, financial statement components and financial analysis metrics. Analyze data, communicate results, and highlight key issues/focus areas for management and make recommendations.
- Ability to use advanced Excel functions.
- High attention to detail & analytical mind set with the ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable information.
- Ability to structure and convey ideas and information, both verbally and in written presentation form, in a concise, effective and persuasive manner to bring clear understanding to the target audience.
