Summary of the Role
ITS Turkiye is one of the successful key R&D sites of Amadeus. We have many products and agile teams operating from Istanbul to the customers who are located in global locations. You'll be working in a global matrix organization where you have colleagues, customers around the globe.
Your role as a Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Manager will be to drive and manage the teams that are located in Istanbul. You will be entrusted with an ongoing quest to discover talent, build a strong employer brand and ensure great relationships with both candidates and employees.
In this role, you’ll find a chance to
Provide high service level for candidates and Hiring Managers– Guarantee quality – Ensure efficiency
Propose, develop, implement and maintain the processes, procedures & tools related to Talent Acquisition
Develop talent acquisition strategies and hiring plans
Lead employment branding initiatives in collaboration with regional lead and global teams
Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs
Plan and conduct recruitment and selection processes (interviews, screening calls etc.)
Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
Use metrics, data to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Manage and lead the talent acquisition team in Turkiye
About Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this position, this role requires you to have relevant experience in the following areas;
Proven experience as talent acquisition manager
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
Understanding of all selection methods and techniques
Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
Willingness to understand the duties and competencies of different roles
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and databases, Workday is a plus,
KPIs and monitoring: Providing reports weekly/monthly, quarterly to Management. Putting the right KPIs for the team in place.
Abilities and skills
Excellent in communication with others and building relationships, strong negotiation skills
BSc/BA in business administration, human resources or relevant field
Advanced level of written and oral English communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent level of analytical skills, strategic, solution oriented, proactive
Experience in IT Recruitment, developers, business analysts, DevOps Engineers etc.
Ability to drive for results and achieve goals through direct/indirect influence
Ability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously
10+ years of experience in executing Head Hunting, experience in full cycle Recruitment and managing a team of recruiters
