Responsibilities:
- To perform system & physical kitting (reserve) of stock received
- Responsible to the store reserved and received items in allocated rack/floor locations in store area.
- Responsible to issue items to assembly and perform update into system.
- Responsible to print out stock transfer list (item code, item description and quantity) and obtain acknowledgement for stocks transfer from kitting to assembly and properly filed for future reference.
- Carry out monthly physical stock count activities and ensure the stock accuracy always.
- Maintain the store in organize, safe and clean condition.
- Monitor and ensure obsolete/damaged stocks are well informed to superior/end user.
- Other duties and assignments as instructed by superiors from time to time.
- To comply to all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedure, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company.
Requirements:
- At least SPM or equivalent experience.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Have basic Computer knowledge and warehouse management.
