Customer Service Representative (Abu Dhabi) [United Arab Emirates]


 

Job Description:

· Attracts potential customers by answering product and service inquiries

· Promotes company products by suggesting information about other products and services

· Resolves product or service problems by clarifying customer's complaints over phone and email

· Preparation of sales orders

· Informs customers on status of their orders

· Works closely with the Sales team to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree

· Proven 3 years of customer service experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially in Excel

· Possesses good communication skills and attention to details

· Can work well under pressure and display good organizational skills

· Excellent oral and written communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
