Qualifications:
- Lift and carry 20 lb up stairs
- Operate cleaning equipment
- Operate an electric golf cart
- Use chemicals according to labeling safety
- Clean on-site building facilities, vacant and occupied apartments
- Bilingual (any language) a plus
- Understand company policies
Payroll is every 2 weeks with direct deposit (no charge to employee) to your checking account.
