BAT POLAND IS LOOKING FOR A SUPPLY NETWORK MANAGER
SENIORITY LEVEL: Mid-Senior Level
FUNCTION: Supply Network Operations
SALARY RANGE: competitive salary + excellent benefits + market leading bonus
LOCATION: Warsaw, Poland
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
This role is part of Planning.
Reports to: Senior Supply Network Manager
WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Ensuring delivery of an efficient end to end Supply plan for the assigned DRBU / Category considering cash, cost and service levers.
- Requesting, running, and approving “scenarios” for the DRBU / Category.
- Reviewing dashboards to highlight exceptions and drive / seek approval for required actions to mitigate as required.
- Creation and approval of inventory stockholding or other relevant policies.
- Creation & approval of parameter automation policies as a result of segmentation strategies within defined levels.
- Defining the relevant planning horizons; frozen, scheduling and planning.
- Making day to day planning decisions.
- Driving continuous improvement and change in order to deliver sustainable change and the end game Operations vision
- Ensuring all Planning relevant Master Data is complete and accurate across all required systems.
CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?
- Do you have experience in leading small, diverse teams?
- Are you familiar with E2E Synchronised Supply Chain?
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Min. 5 years across Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics in FMCG industry
- Experience in leading small sized, diverse teams
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good analytical and digital skills
- Experience with ERP / Planning systems
- A range of Supply Chain knowledge / experience (process, metrics)
- Strong knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and agile concept
- Good proven leadership capabilities
- University degree (Supply Chain related major could be an advantage)
