Job Purpose:

Operation Executive is in charge to ensure the operation efficiency and maximize the profit for the company operation. He/ She will use the available data to review efficiency of the operation and provide constructive idea for improvement purpose

Job Description:

  • Responsible for data maintenance and execute analysis to extract and summarize different types of data for management.
  • Manage and track product costing and profit margin within company target.
  • Provide sales operational support to sales team and assist in day-to day coordination.
  • Assist in preparation of management and operational report in daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basic.
  • Improve processes, policies and procedure, monitor and audit compliances.
  • Troubleshoot and handle all issues that arise.
  • Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required by the management.

Job Requirement:

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Power Point)
  • Possess 3 years of relevant working experience especially in handling reporting tasks.
  • Required languages: English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin would be an added advantage.
  • Good understanding of system knowledge.
  • Committed to working efficiently and accurately.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and logical thinking.

Working day & hour : Monday to Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm ; Saturday 9:00pm - 1:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
