Job Description
We are now offering opportunities to undergraduates who wish to explore the work of real estate industry. During this 8-week internship, you will have a chance to visit our featured projects in Greater Bay Area and gain hands-on experience in one of the following departments:
Planning Development
Assist in research project on specific topics (regulation & ordinance, real estate industry update, project benchmarking etc.)
Assist in project coordination and administration work
Undergraduate in Architectural studies, Engineering, Construction, Surveying or related discipline preferred
Sales & Marketing
Assist in the daily operation of sales office including show flat presentation and briefing of model
Assist in customer enquiry and post-sales service as needed
Assist in market research and analysis
Require to work on roster
Internship Period
June – August 2023 (8 weeks)
Work Location
Admiralty / Kowloon Bay / Kai Tak
Requirement
Undergraduate students from any discipline (non-final year)
Proactive, responsible, detail-minded and willing to learn
Good communication and presentation skills
