Candidate must responsible for ensuring that products or services meet the specified quality standards and requirements. Candidate must responsible for monitoring and testing all aspects of the product or service, identifying defects or issues, and providing recommendations for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and policies.
- Design and execute test plans and strategies to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
- Conduct quality audits to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to management.
- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure that quality standards are integrated into the design and development process.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to track and report on product or service quality.
- Document and report all quality issues and work with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
- Conduct training and provide guidance to team members on quality assurance best practices.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure that quality standards are met.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to quality assurance.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Engineering, Computer Science, or Quality Assurance / Equivalent.
- Experience in quality assurance, testing, or product development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with quality assurance tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
