Purchase executive (Construction) [India]


 

Job Description & Responsibilities: -

3-5 yrs.

∙Nature of work: Sourcing quotations from various vendors based on the nature of the

product.

∙Price negotiation and preparation of comparative statements.

∙Generating Purchase orders and follow-up for timely delivery of material.

∙Verification of bills received from the site and coordinating with the vendor for

rectifications if any & required.

∙ Issuing work orders for the contractors.

∙Documentation of all purchase and work orders project-wise.

∙Assisting the Accounts department with payments.

∙Play a key role in Vendor Development/vendor management.

∙Developing multiple vendors for the materials.

∙Verification and approval of Invoices.

∙ Manage relationships and performance of ongoing suppliers.

∙Monitor inventory procedures for accountability.

∙Efficiently monitor stock levels and place orders as needed & required.

∙Market research for best vendors and services.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.82 per month
