· Leading the commercial negotiation process to improve existing partnerships through various growth opportunities. Build long-term strategic commercial relationships.
· Established and nurtured mutually beneficial relationships with affiliates
· Coordinated marketing communications among departments
· Assist in setting up a new affiliate platform, and then own the ongoing operations of the platform, including but not limited to ensuring metrics and performance are properly tracked, commissions are appropriately paid, new creative is uploaded as required, and new affiliates are onboarded
· Analyzing and monitoring affiliate activity, ensuring best ROI
· Perform general account management
