Main tasks
- Implementation of the Division IT strategy in close contact with Division IT team
- Development and implementation of the Hungarian IT strategy
- Establish IT processes - asset records, access, file structure, security policies
- Managing and developing the company's IT infrastructure
- Manage and control the purchase, use and maintenance of IT and telecommunications equipment
- Oversee network and telecommunications services from external companies
- Ensuring the human and material resources for the operation of the unit
- Leads and provides professional support to the IT colleagues assigned to the unit
- Ensuring compliance with data protection rules
- Prepares, monitors and implements the IT business plan and investment plan
- Represents the organisation to divisional and group IT organisations
Requirements
- University degree in engineering, preferably IT
- Min. 5 years of professional experience, min. 3 years management experience in a manufacturing company
- Fluency in English (Hungarian is essential)
- Good communication and team leadership skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Precise, creative and solution-oriented personality
