Job Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As the HR Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth and success by overseeing all aspects of human resources management within our fashion retail company. This position reports directly to the [CEO/General Manager] and works closely with the management team.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
Implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent in the fashion retail industry, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
Develop and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure new hires are well-equipped to succeed in their roles.
Lead performance management initiatives, including goal setting, performance evaluations, coaching, and feedback sessions.
Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, investigations, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and industry standards, and update policies and procedures accordingly.
Oversee compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, incentive plans, and employee recognition programs.
Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data privacy.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in HR management, and proactively recommend improvements and innovative solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the fashion retail or related industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Salary: KD500.000 - KD900.000 per month
