HR Executive [Malaysia]


 

  • Recruitment and selection activities
  • Scheduling and arranging for interview, handling pre-employment process on preparing staff card, employee handbook, stationery, laptop and etc.
  • Support daily HR operations and paper works in accordance to HR policies and procedures including staff attendance and leave records, process payroll, expenses claims, medical claims, OT and allowance calculation.
  • Assist in preparing necessary reports.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures in line with the company's business goals and objectives.
  • Communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and management, statutory and government agencies, insurers, and other outside parties on HR related matters.
  • Organise induction program for all employees.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by upper management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
