YOUR ROLE
- You manage recruitment & selection assignments from A to Z; from sourcing, screening of cv's, and interviews until the contract negotiation.
- You mainly focus on sales profiles and other profiles at the head office in Limburg.

You follow up on the influx of candidates.
- You conduct selection interviews.
- You sometimes travel to different locations within Belgium to do intakes with the hiring managers and conduct interviews.

You proactively suggest possible improvements to the talent acquisition approach.
- You will set up social media campaigns together with marketing.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have a relevant track record in talent acquisition, including candidate sourcing.
- You easily connect with stakeholders.
- You can work independently.

You are fluent in Dutch and French.
