Our customer service team is fundamental to the success of our business. Via email, chat and voice, we aim to provide swift and qualitative solutions to our customers, by supporting our 15+ brands (Jack and Jones, Vero Moda, Only, Selected etc.) We support customers across Europe, in 11 different languages. We take pride in our work and always strive to take our customer service to the next level by ensuring continuously providing better customer experiences across all our brands.
As a Customer Operations Agent, you will be part of a thriving and international team. You will assist and help our E-commerce customers to ensure that they always receive the best support possible.

Overview of Responsibilities:
- Help our customers by answering their inquiries via email and live communication channels (e.g WhatsApp, chat, through partners etc)
- Attend meetings and trainings to ensure knowledge is up to date
- Translate text for customer contacts on an ad-hoc basis
- Be a team player and assist colleagues when needed
Skills/Experience:
- Fluent in English (required Customer Operations language) and Italian
- A customer-orientated mindset that always seeks opportunities to assist customers
- A ‘let's do this’ mentality: Proactiveness, enthusiasm, flexibility and openness to changes.
- Previous experience in customer support, experience with email and live channels
- Experience working towards targets and KPIs
- Passion and motivation for learning, improving and experimenting
