Job Responsibilities
- Able to pick up calls and handle situations quickly and accurately with quality customer service
- Able to understand and handle patient’s requests tactfully and smoothly
- Basic knowledge on healthcare and medical field
- Knowledgeable on emergency regulations / procedures
Job Requirements
- Candidates with call centre experience and healthcare/medical knowledge are preferred
- Must be able to work overnight shift and work from home
- Customer service-oriented
- Good communication skills (phone and email)
- Multilingual candidates are preferred
- Salary depends on number of shifts committed per week
- Training will be provided
