Brewer [South Africa]


 

To supervise and control the production of the various brands of Sorghum Beer and other pro, in accordance with the laid down procedures and receipts.

To ensure the company products are available to the points of sales in the right place and time in sufficient quantities

  • A 3-year Tertiary qualification in Microbiology /Biotechnology / Food Technologist relevant
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Brewing technique certificate will be recommended
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the business
  • Medical and analytical technique
  • Pay attention to detail
  • Be an accurate and careful person
  • Be able to work effectively under pressure
  • Employee is expected to work in various products including wet beer, grain and Mageu
  • Employees will be multi-skilled

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: From R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Potchefstroom, North West: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

  • Certificate (Required)

Experience:

  • Packaging and production: 1 year (Required)
