Boutique Welcomer - 6 Month Contract

Job mission:
As an Ambassador of the Maison, he/she is responsible for the welcoming and greeting of the clients. He/she ensures a smooth flow of clients in the boutique and manages the waiting time. He/she also participates to daily boutique operations and excellence.
Main accountabilities:
- Client Welcoming
- Upholds the Cartier image by maintaining professional demeanor at all times.
- Provides a consistent excellent client experience by providing the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
- Welcomes and greets the client upon arrival in the boutique
- Thanks clients upon departure
2. Waiting Time Management
- Informs clients about the approximate waiting time (sales & CS customers)
- Manages the waiting time using our BOA application (sales & CS customers)
- Registers and collects clients’ data
- Directs the clients towards a waiting area
- Ensures that the client is being taken care of by a Sales Associate, if available, or a Boutique Assistant (drinks)
- Seats clients and offers drinks, readings.
- Takes care of customers during the wait using and introducing tools and applications
- Provides information and story-telling about the Maison, the boutique and local initiatives
- Makes a boutique discovery for all clients that wish to
3. Client Flow & Orientation
- Ensures the client flow is smooth within the boutique
- Answers client questions and assesses clients’ needs in regards to orientation
- Directs the client to the appropriate department
- Introduces the clients to the Sales Associate
4. Boutique Operations
- Ensures that the boutique is constantly in an impeccable condition
- Respects all group, Maison and boutique policies, procedures and guidelines
5. Sales Assistant
- Gift wrapping and management of the packaging area
- Replaces silk cord
- Prepare and gathers certificates
