Job Description :

Assistant Sales Manager (ASM)

Location : Hissar

Responsible for managing and growing the sales of home appliances within the designated territory. The ASM reports to the Regional Sales Manager and works closely with the sales team, marketing team, and customer service team to achieve sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities of the ASM Home Appliance in Hissar may include:

Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the designated territory.

Manage the sales team, including hiring, training, and developing staff, and providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure the team's success.

Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance, provide feedback, and set targets.

Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with key customers, dealers, and distributors to grow sales.

Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to develop marketing strategies and product offerings.
