Sales Negotiation Trainer:
Experience in conducting classroom trainings on Sales Negotiation - Telesales, Retail Selling, Direct Selling, Project Sales, B2B and B2C.
- Ability to conduct sales trainings To use creative action based learning tools and techniques
Familiar with the Various Sales Models
Familiar with Negotiation Tools and Techniques
Ability to provide solutions and tips to experienced learners on sales and negotiation techniques Use training materials, videos, case studies, games for an impactful training. Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Sales Negotiation Trainer or similar role
- Experience in a sales position is a plus
- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning
- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms as well
- Excellent organizational skills
- Solid communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor degree in Sales, Education, Human Resources or relevant field
- Additional certification in training is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week
Salary: AED500.00 - AED1,000.00 per day
