Helpdesk Second Level Support
Are you our next Helpdesk Second Level Support?
We are looking for a technological talented IT Support Specialist. Hands-on with a can-do approach, strong interpersonal skills that thrive in a fast-paced environment, ambitious and highly motivated for supporting company end-users and technologies.
Your role:
- Working with Helpdesk Ticketing System.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer software, hardware, and network issues.
- Assist and instruct employees in using different software.
- Supporting any Microsoft Office issue
- Supporting any Issue that the FLS didn’t resolve.
- Staff assistance for the system.
Your skills:
- You have 1 year of Experience In a face-to-face/customer.
- You have experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365.
- You have experience with a developed environment.
- You have experience with managing Active Directory in a large Company.
- You know how to Install, configure, and deploy workstations for new employees/broken workstations.
- You know how to use operating software deploying systems.
- You are A team player and services oriented.
- You have English at a high level.
