Guest Service Associate [Philippines]


 

Customer Service Assistant Job Description:

· Greet, communicate and welcome guests

· Answers phone calls, redirect them when needed

· Answer clients inquiries

· Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination

Job Qualification

  • A graduate of any 4-year course
  • Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
  • Proficient in English (oral and written)
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong communication and people skills Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Customer service oriented

*Work location will be at Arcovia City, Pasig*

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From Php15,000.00 per month
