Customer Service Assistant Job Description:
· Greet, communicate and welcome guests
· Answers phone calls, redirect them when needed
· Answer clients inquiries
· Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination
Job Qualification
- A graduate of any 4-year course
- Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
- Proficient in English (oral and written)
- Knowledgeable in MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
- Strong communication and people skills Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
- Customer service oriented
