The Partnerships business specializes in distribution to institutional clients, financial brokers and FinTech companies, providing white-label solutions for banks, asset and wealth management firms, financial services providers and software platforms. It provides access to liquidity in over 100 currencies, outsourced compliance facilities and state-of-the-art foreign exchange management software.
Your mission
The Partnerships and Indirect Sales team is a key contributor to the growth and success of our new Indirect Sales business unit in Romania. The Partnerships team is responsible for building good relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners.
What will you do?
Through market research and cold calling, you will build a network of intermediaries with the goal of maximizing revenue potential. By understanding client needs and presenting appropriate solutions, you will contribute to the growth of our partners' businesses while achieving personal and financial goals for yourself. With the market understanding you gain; you will become an expert in the FX world and be equipped for a successful sales career in a global fintech company.
- You act as a sparring partner and are able to switch quickly between various tasks and responsibilities.
- You enjoy making new relationships and are eager to acquire customers ("hunters").
- You are interested in the financial markets and ideally have a financial background.
- You have a structured approach to conducting market research, planning and organizational skills.
- You have a passion for creative problem-solving and entrepreneurial spirit: you are pragmatic, independent and self-motivated.
Proven ability to understand and evaluate new opportunities based on customer and market needs, economics, technological capabilities and competitive environment.
What do you need in order to be successful in this role? ✅
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must enjoy talking to people and have a genuine interest in learning more about them and their business.
- At least 2 years of experience in a B2B partner role (or customer-facing role), preferably with prior experience selling FX hedging products.
- Bachelor / Master's in Business or Finance
- Business English fluency
- Strong analytical skills
