As a Finance & HR Associate, you will join an engaging workplace that challenges our employees to tackle real-life problems related to one of the greatest challenges our healthcare system faces today: chronic diseases.
Joint Academy is a fast growing, rapidly changing company which means that you will have to be adaptable for change and take responsibility for driving some of the change projects. This also means that you will be in a position where you can have a big impact on both the role itself - but also the company's continuing growth. You will have an important role in the finance department and work closely with the rest of the team.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for HR-related administrative processes
- Bookkeeping, driving the month-end process and support at the financial year end
- Maintaining both accounts receivable and payable
- Contribute to governance work making sure we are compliant with regulations in all markets
- Reporting to Skatteverket and other regulatory institutions
- Other administrative tasks related to finance and payroll
- Driving change projects related to bookkeeping and accounting for the group companies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, HR or related field.
- 1-2 years of work experiences with finance or related field.
- Knowledge of regulations and requirements concerning accounting and tax
- A big plus if experienced in Netsuite
- The ability to prioritize and manage workload autonomously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and in English
- A plus if you have experience working with healthcare
- A big plus if you have been working in the context of a start/scale up company with rapid growth
