Dillard's at Flatiron Crossing is currently looking for a full time Customer Service and Cash Room Associate. Candidates must have strong customer service skills and the desire to provide the best customer care anywhere. This position is for our customer service desk and includes answering the main store phone, processing customer payments, supporting online order fulfillment, gift wrapping, cash handling, and answering general customer questions. Several days a week will also include counting the store's money and preparing the daily deposit. Candidates should have open availability, including the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
