The Role:

We're seeking a seasoned, dynamic CEO to helm our client’s new agency, guiding its journey through the growth and development stages. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling successful agencies or other service businesses with a focus on digital technologies. They will be a strategic thinker, a visionary leader, and someone with a deep interest (and ideally experience) in the field of artificial intelligence.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the overall strategic vision and plan for the agency.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the agency.
  • Oversee the development and deployment of Al solutions for clients across various industries.
  • Identify new business opportunities and partnerships that can help drive the growth and success of the agency.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.
  • Ensure that the agency operates within its budget and meets its financial goals.
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and other public forums.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience with agency-like businesses, with a track record of building and scaling successful businesses.
  • Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and related technologies.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans that have led to business growth and success
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Experience of selling agency solutions to both startups and enterprise customers.
  • Passion for innovation and a deep understanding of the potential of Al to transform businesses and industries.
