Job Description
Key responsibilities in preforming this role will be to implement bank Payments in EUR, GBP, USD, CAD, AUSD for all Business Units. Ensure all Vendors accounts are up to date, work closely with Treasury regarding payments and vendor reconciliations, guarantee all invoices posted in SAP are supported by correct documentation. Review stock and sales reports, Photo Billing. Liaise with the Suppliers to manage queries and exceptions. Report on metrics (KPI's) to track invoice processing performance and manage performance to the best in class (Industry) standards. Develop and maintain strong working relationships across all departments within the business to ensure query resolution. Maintain a high standard of work instructions. Other duties to assist and ensure the shared services functions operate smoothly.

- Sap Experience
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and the ability to work at all levels in a large organization, inside and outside of the finance function.
- Very strong communication skills to deal on a regular basis with staff at all levels of the organization and in all functions.
- Advanced excel skills.
- Proven ability to operate as part of a multi-functional team.
- Able to respond flexibly and empathetically to suppliers' needs, managing their expectations.
