Administrative Assistant H/F/X [Belgium]


 

Your main tasks will consist of:

  • Track/record documents (test reports, certificates, declarations, safety data sheets) available in electronic format;
  • Arrange documents in folders according to a pre-defined structure;
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information;
  • Managing filing system / updating existing Excel & Smartsheet database;
  • Draft technical specifications and DoC's for the EEA and UK, under supervision;
  • Draft inspection criteria (AQL) under supervision and follow up on the quality control processes;
  • Handling incoming e-mails and other communications;
  • Assist Legal & regulatory team with daily activities and operations;

Profil

Requirements:

  • Accurate, organized and flexible;
  • Well-developed administration, communication and computer skills;
  • Willing to learn and develop new skills;
  • Highly motivated;
  • Proficient in MS Office;
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
  • Reactive to deadlines, pro-active, dynamic and resistant to stress;
  • Fluent in English, Dutch (and French);
  • Willing to work from the offices in Ronse.
