Your main tasks will consist of:
- Track/record documents (test reports, certificates, declarations, safety data sheets) available in electronic format;
- Arrange documents in folders according to a pre-defined structure;
- Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information;
- Managing filing system / updating existing Excel & Smartsheet database;
- Draft technical specifications and DoC's for the EEA and UK, under supervision;
- Draft inspection criteria (AQL) under supervision and follow up on the quality control processes;
- Handling incoming e-mails and other communications;
- Assist Legal & regulatory team with daily activities and operations;

- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work;
- Reactive to deadlines, pro-active, dynamic and resistant to stress;
- Fluent in English, Dutch (and French);
- Willing to work from the offices in Ronse.
