We are currently recruiting for Office Manager for our busy Manufacturing and Construction company in Mallow, Cork.
Our ideal candidate will be highly organised, enthusiastic, willing to learn & flexible. The candidate needs to available full time, working from the office.
Duties to include:
· Office management duties ensuring normal everyday functions of the business.
· Provide a receptionist function to head office, to include answering phone calls, emails, greeting visitors & co-ordination of company events.
· Administrative support to the company Directors & The Company as a whole.
· Assistance to the Finance Department to include light bookkeeping tasks.
· Support & assistance to the Purchasing Department, to include ordering, delivery’s & invoicing.
· Maintaining customer & supplier databases to include account applications processes
· Organisation of logistics of employees for business travel.
· Operation of logistics for site deliveries and assistance with transport organisation.
· Assisting with the company’s promotional activities (marketing, job promotions, website & social media campaigns) & maintaining a social media presence.
· Providing assistance with recruitment activities
· Assistance with set up and maintenance of SAP Business 1 management systems, ensuring accurate information is always held
Salary is based on skills & previous experience
Fluent English essential
Full time permanent position.
