- Communicate with restaurants and food vendors to coordinate delivery operations
- Analyze customer data and provide insights to the account team to help inform strategic decisions
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work with sales teams to execute on those opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account details in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
