We are currently looking for a DPS Planner in Karacabey Logistics Team who is responsible for preparing detailed production schedule (DPS) based on master production schedule (MPS) provided by supply planners aiming min change over cost.
Key Experiences
- University degree (Industrial Engineering, Food Engineering, BA)
- Minumum 2-3 years production planning experience in SAP
- Process and product knowledge
- Analytical thinking
- Basic financial knowledge
Main Responsibilities
- Build DPS for frozen period in daily and shift buckets based on MPS and real time production constraints; provide feedback to production, supply planners and agree on final schedule
- Detail the DPS for both semi-finished and finished products; balance the semi-finished equirements and their real time stocks
- Revise DPS on unforeseen changes; for modification requests, get approval from factory manager and inform all factory departments and supply planners
- Follow up the schedule achievement via operational meetings and take necessary corrective actions with respective parties (production, supplier, D&S Planning, etc.)
- Report MSA, DSA & short/long term idle plans
- Follow up halb stock cover and shelf life of HALB and take necessary actions
- Maintain necessary master data and follow up workflows in the system for semi finished goods
- Follow up & update exceptional reports daily&weekly and take necessary actions, for critical materials; informing related parties
