Key Accountabilities
- Provide input and support in the development of corporate KM governance framework, detailed roadmap, standards, guidelines, and system in alignment with PTTEP’s strategies and objectives.
- Stay up to date with the emerging trends and collect knowledge for both E&P and non-E&P industries and plan to apply and communicate the knowledge that is relevant to PTTEP’s strategies through paper submission, being speakers and committee for domestic and international events.
- Facilitate, and support in the implementation of corporate KM work plans, activities, and budget with all function groups in accordance with corporate directions and FG’s strategies, e.g., Human Library etc.
- Coordinate with both internal and external parties, i.e., PTT Group, business collaboration networks (SPE, SEG, EAGE, AAPG, etc.), and universities to drive KM visibility initiatives and related matters.
- Promote a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration across PTTEP. This may involve organizing training sessions, developing communities of practice (CoP) and implementing social collaboration tools to facilitate communication and knowledge exchange.
- Design artwork and communication plan to promote KM visibility and deployment.
- Measure the effectiveness of knowledge management initiatives and reports on key performance indicators.
Professional Knowledge & Experiences
- Education: A bachelor's or master’s degree in information management, library science, corporate communication, marketing, or a related field is typically required. Additional coursework or certifications in knowledge management, project management may also be beneficial.
- Experience: Prior 3 - 5 years’ experience in KM, communication, or related fields and 1 - 3 years’ experience in upstream oil & gas industry may be advantageous.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in information management software, database design and management, content management systems and collaboration tools. Familiarity with programming languages and data analysis tools can also be useful.
- Communication Skills: Effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, from senior executives to front-line employees. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are essential, as well as the ability to facilitate the meetings and training sessions.
- Analytical Skills: Able to analyze complex information and data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to develop and implement effective solutions.
