Support Head of BU in all Financial topics and act as a sparring partner with close collaboration with the local Managing Directors
Oversee monthly financial closing for the BU with a team of two and functionally lead all local finance teams in the different plant and ensure high quality reporting
Prepare BU Operations internal reporting for all stakeholders
Coordinate and manage the annual budget process for the Business Unit, assess investment decisions, improve NWC and ensure compliance with guidance and local regulations, including ICS, Internal Audit and Sustainability Reporting
Strategic development and of the Finance function within the Business Unit and first point of contact for the CFO and Corporate Controlling
Sound experience (8y+) in operational Financial Management and Controlling function
Track record in working with senior management
Many years experience in team leading and matrix organization
Fluent in English, German, French, Chinese or other languages will constitute an advantage
Computer literate; advanced knowledge of SAP (FI/CO/MM/PP/SD) and Microsoft Office suite is must
Good communicator, dependable, self-driven and able to work with minimal supervision; similarly process- and result-driven, team-oriented, feels equally comfortable interacting with management members and employees at other functional levels
