SALARY – $1200
TYPE OF WORK – FULL-TIME (REMOTE)
WORK SCHEDULE – 7 am PST to 3 pm PST
QUALIFICATIONS:South African applicants only
Must have solid experience in working 100% remotely.
3 to 5 years of direct management experience in e-commerce, leading a team of 10+ agents.
Experience hiring and onboarding, coaching team members, and implementing corrective actions.
Comfortable taking escalated calls and able to successfully de-escalate and defuse difficult customers
Manage and track attendance.
Proficient in Excel, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides. Familiar with ShipStation, ShippingEasy, or other shipping platforms.
Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, and others.
Ability to track the KPI of the team and identify opportunities for improvement of metrics and processes
Internet speed test required. Consistent hard-wired ethernet internet speeds (25Mbps
Download / 5Mbps Upload / Less Than 100ms Ping) and uninterrupted connection.
Power backup is in place to avoid interruptions.
