Job Description
You will join our Group Business Integrity & Compliance function
As our new Executive Assistant, you will be part of a growing team of business integrity professionals based out of Copenhagen and with team members in India and the US. We are looking for a professional and service-minded person. You are a team player and problem solver with an eye for the important details while maintaining the broader overview. You have an open, curious, and positive approach to the diverse tasks in your position. You are collaborative and adept at establishing good cooperation and networks across large, complex organizations.
Qualifications
Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Daily support to the Group Director such as coordination and planning of meeting bookings, events, or trips.
- Support in invoice management, time reporting and expenses.
- Prepare meeting agendas, meeting notes or other material (presentations etc).
- Coordinate and organize external visits or workshops.
- Coordinate and report to stakeholders within the organisation.
- Support the production of materials such as presentations, etc.
- Coordinate and plan the practicalities of team-wide activities such as onboarding etc.

- A relevant degree at bachelor or master level
- Some experience in a similar role as an EA, supporting senior executives, preferably in an international environment is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
- IT skills, including advanced use of Microsoft Office products, in particular Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Practical experience in preparing presentations and high-quality materials for senior leaders and stakeholders.
- An ability to create and maintain effective workflows
- Excellent time and project management skills
- An ability to prioritise tasks and the composure to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- You are organised and with strong self-leadership.
