Technical Lead – 14507
Our client is looking for a Technical Lead to help shape a new project in military simulation. This full-time Technical Lead role is based in Stockholm or Warsaw and offers a favourable salary and benefits as well as hybrid working in Sweden or Poland.
As a Technical Lead, you will be working with the Product Owner to set up the technical design specifications and form a new tech team to deliver one of the most ambitious military simulations yet. You will be deeply involved in the day-to-day development, and you should want to get your hands dirty in the programming work.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing and taking ownership of the technical design and state of software and its development
- Writing and vetting technical design documents
- Setting standards for methodology and quality to be followed by the tech team
- Working closely with the Product Owner to stay true to the vision of the software.

- A proven record of accomplishment of starting up new projects
