Sales Assistant [Singapore]


 

JOB SCOPE

  • Order entry & issue of PO to suppliers.
  • Update supplier schedule and Confirm delivery schedule to customer.
  • Plan and co-ordinate shipment from suppliers & deliveries to customers.
  • Take care of all reschedule from customer to supplier.
  • Ensure on time delivery to customer Prepare & printing of pick list/invoice/delivery orders/shipping Document.
  • Assist Sales in samples preparation.
  • General office administration and house keeping.

REQUIREMENT

  • Minimum O-level .
  • Office skill such as excel, power point, word etc.
  • Able to write, read and converse in both chinese & english.
  • Interest in interacting with customer and supplier.
  • Willing to multitask and learn.

Job Type: Fresh graduate

Salary: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month

  • GCE 'O' Level or GCE 'N' Level (Preferred)
