Project Manager [Mexico]


 

A Little Bit About the Role:

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be given responsibility to manage creative projects for our client's talent acquisition program. In this role, you will need an entrepreneurial mindset that continuously looks at the process of bringing the projects to life but still maintain the talent acquisition creative. You will be a jack of all trades with projects that range from development of strategic digital platforms, to working with the content team to produce video content across the digital ecosystem.

Our ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team.



What you'll be doing:

  • Manage and execute projects that align to the team's goal of creating talent acquisition content that will help remove friction throughout the hiring funnel.
  • Partner with internal and external teams to develop project plans that are manageable, yet meet the overall timing needs for high-quality deliverables.
  • Identify process efficiencies and ways of working with our team to improve our process and help the team deliver on incoming requests.
  • Stay on top of trends on how to develop and deliver digital content that is engaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and a matrixed client environment to gain alignment and sponsorship for projects.
  • Present the best approach to stakeholders to solve their challenges with a digital solution.

What you'll need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a digital project management role, advertising agency or design firm experience is strongly preferred.
  • Curiosity, to be a fast learner, dynamic and motivated.
  • Experience managing multiple projects with varying timelines.
  • 3-4 years' experience working with creatives.
  • Experience in communication activities, strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Out of the box thinker, not afraid of challenging the status quo and interested in keeping up to date with digital marketing developments and trends.
  • 3-4 years of experience in digital and creative project management as well as video production.
  • Solid understanding of creative communication and messaging.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience drawing insights from external data.

You'll Have:

  • Relevant degree or diploma.
  • Languages spoken (English).
  • Time Zone Required: EST/CST.

As we are working remotely, it is essential that the ideal candidate have the following in place to ensure there are no delays on delivering work timeously:

  • Back-up power supply, if necessary.
  • Stable internet connectivity – fibre connection preferable (options can be discussed) in order to connect to remote servers as well as conduct virtual meetings daily.
  • Personal computer with relevant capabilities necessary for the role.
