About Our Client
Our client is a well-established freight, transport, and logistics business, who supply and deliver a large variety of medical equipment and devices to customers across Australia. They aim to deliver a tailored service to over 500 clients, some who you will deal with on a daily basis. This temporary, full-time role is an excellent opportunity for a candidate with excellent all-round customer service skills, who is looking to take on a new role in a fast-paced company.
Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- High-volume sales order data entry of customer orders, daily.
- Answering inbound calls from customers.
- Forwarding customer feedback and complaints to the relevant stakeholder to fix, immediately.
- Organising freight and shipping for client orders and providing ETAs.
- Development of customer relationships through high quality communication skills and customer service.
- General ad-hoc requests as required by the customer service and administration team.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a hardworking Customer Service Officer, who has a passion for customer service and likes to be continually busy. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent written and phone manner as well as enjoy working in a team and collaborate with all business stakeholders. This is a fast-paced role and one where you'll be able to respond with over 70 requests, daily. This role will be required to working Monday - Friday, full-time hours, with a start date in June.
