Our client is looking for an empathetic and communicative Contact Center Agent to handle inquiries and connect consumers with legal services. This may include inbound/outbound calls.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high volume of inbound/outbound calls, chat and text
. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using given/supplied methods/tools
- Meet regular call handling quotas Handle customer concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Schedule may require nights and weekend availability
Qualifications
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of personalities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Previous customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative preferred
- Strong English is mandatory; accent neutral preferred
Salary
- Starting at $6.00 per hour plus the ability to earn up to $200+ per month bonus
