Tcike What we are looking for:
4K is looking for Business Developer with a positive and winning attitude to join our newly built Belgian 4K brench. You will be responsible for growing our customer base and revenue in Belgium, with the mission of making Pharmap the #1 platform for pharmacies in your market.
To achieve this mission, you will be using a consultative sales approach, you will prospect, build relationships and sign up new pharmacies in your territory. Pharmacies are a tight-knit community where everyone knows each other and therefore you will be strong in building customer relationships to expand your network with recommendations and referrals. We need your passion and can-do attitude to help us build the Pharmap brand in your geographic territory.
What you will do:
● Lead the charge in introducing Pharmap to all pharmacies in your territory
● Oversee the sales cycle from prospect, demo to close
● Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals through outbound sales efforts
● Understand the struggle of a customer and approach each conversation with a consultative approach
● Partner with the rest of the Team to ensure our solutions meet the needs of the market
● Collaborate with our partners coming from the pharmaceutical field on a weekly basis in order to ensure that mutual targets and objectives are met
● Understand the competitive landscape and determine how to best position Pharmap in the market
● Leverage Pharmap to manage all sales activities
What you will need:
● 1/2 years experience in a closing sales role
● Experience cold-calling into various types of local businesses, with evidence of success, preferred
● Knowledge of pharmacy operations is a plus or genuine interest in the pharmaceutical and delivery industry
● You must be based in Belgium and able to speak Dutch and French fluently
● English is a nice to have
● High energy and great with building relationships (our people is our brand)
● A collaborative and team player mentality
● Willing to move around the country to visit pharmacies
