Administration Clerk [Hong Kong S.A.R.]


 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide clerical support to supervisor/Manager including document arrangement, data entry and other administrative duties
  • Assist in data, statistics and reports collation
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries
  • Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by management

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma Holder or above;
  • At least 1~2 years working experience in the administration field
  • Proficiency in PC skills (preferable PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Responsible, independent, hardworking & willing to learn; and Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Immediately available is preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $14,000.00 - $17,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
